TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

UPGRADES
Clients wishing to upgrade their treatment time may do so by paying the difference between the voucher value and the upgraded treatment.

TIME LIMITATION OF VOUCHER
Vouchers are valid for six months from the date of issue.

REFUND POLICY
If you change your mind within 30 days of the date of purchase we will issue a refund subject to the terms of our cancellation policy.

CANCELLATION POLICY
The centre may invalidate the voucher if an appointment is made to redeem the voucher but the client does not attend the appointment and does not notify the centre.
The centre may invalidate the voucher if an appointment is made to redeem the voucher and subsequently cancelled within 60 minutes of the appointment time.
Vouchers that have been sent by email cannot be cancelled if they have been downloaded.
Vouchers that have been posted cannot be cancelled unless they are returned to Manchester Therapy Centre.

LATE ARRIVAL
Clients arriving late for their appointment may have their session reduced to the remaining time available.

DELIVERY POLICY
If you would like the voucher to be sent by post we will send it by first class post (unsigned) and will endeavour to send it the same day for orders received before 4.00 pm.
If the voucher does not arrive or arrives damaged due to the postal system then we will re-send the voucher by email.

PRE-PAYMENT & SPECIAL OFFERS
If you pre-pay for treatments or purchase treatments on special offer then the same terms and conditions will apply as for gift vouchers.
The exception is that pre-paid treatments and treatments bought on special offer are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase instead of 6 months.

LOCATION AND MAP
The Manchester Therapy Centre is centrally located with free car parking and easy access by bus or train.
We are situated opposite the BUPA hospital in South Manchester near Chorlton. 

GIFT VOUCHERS
This is the perfect present for birthdays and Christmas. Treat someone you know to a massage treatment. Other treatments available include indian head massage, aromatherapy, reflexology, shiatsu and more. We also have an introduction to massage course voucher for a fun weekend learning massage.
