Course Content
This is a good introduction to the art of this dynamic bodywork. You will learn how to apply various techniques such as muscle stretching, palm pressure and thumb pressure. You will practice and receive a short routine which will enable you to practice on friends and family. This is suitable for the complete beginner or for the qualified practitioner wishing to add to their skills.

A Manchester School of Massage certificate of attendance is provided.

Further Information
The holistic benefits of Thai massage are far reaching. Thai massage increases the range of motion and relieves pain and muscle tension. The technique can be particularly helpful for headaches, migraines, arthritis, whiplash, paralysis, numbness, sciatica, and back pain. Thai Massage also helps to strengthen and rejuvenate the body, improve circulation of blood and lymph, heighten the ability to absorb nutrients, increase flexibility, and generally improve the feeling of well being.
Course times are from 10.30 am to 5.00 pm.
The venue is at the Manchester School of Massage in
South Manchester. The group size is kept at ten or below for individual attention. Please book early to ensure a place on a particular course.
